What is the difference between the Curtain Headings?

Curtain headings refer to the different styles or arrangements of fabric at the top of Curtains. Double Pinch Pleat Curtains have a more formal and tailored appearance. While Pencil Pleat Curtains are a versatile and popular heading style. The Eyelet Curtain heading, also known as the grommet curtain, have metal rings or ‘eyelets’ inserted along the top edge of the fabric, creating evenly spaced openings to thread through a curtain rod. S-Fold, or S-Wave, Curtains are a relatively newer and more contemporary heading style. They feature a wave-like shape at the top, created by a specialised curtain track with built in gliders.

How to clean Curtains?

For a routine clean, you can remove surface dust easily by gently vacuuming using a special attachment or a static handheld duster. For steaming, leave your curtain hanging and gently apply steam. We recommend using a clothing steamer; however, you can use an iron on the full steam setting but be sure to hold the iron approximately 50-100mm away from the fabric.

For ironing, place your curtain on a clean, flat surface and place a piece of cotton or toweling fabric on the face of the fabric before gently ironing on the cotton setting. Once you have finished ironing, wait until your curtain has cooled before moving or hanging it in place as this will help keep your fabric crease free. For a deep clean, we recommend that Curtains are to be dry cleaned by a reputable dry-cleaning service as this will ensure the longevity of the fabric.
