Q: How are Electric Blinds powered?

Our Electric Blinds are powered with a rechargeable lithium battery operated motor. This will come partially charged so it is recommended to give your motor a good charge after you’ve installed your new blind to ensure everything is set up perfectly. Plus, for your peace of mind, we offer a 1-year warranty on all Electric Smart Raise remote controls and motors (excluding batteries), ensuring your smart blinds are designed for reliable, daily use.

Q: How to get the Tuiss SmartView app?

Our Tuiss SmartView app can be found on both the Google Play store and the App Store. Click here to download for iOS or Android. From here, you can pair your electric blinds easily to the app by following the instructions for complete privacy and light control.

Q: How often and how long does the battery in my motor need charging?

We recommend every six months, but this may vary depending on how much or how little you use your blinds daily. When charging, only charge for a maximum of 3 hours or until the light on the charger turns green.
